Hide AdProperty consultant Charlie Jefferson highlighted the numerous benefits of selling at auction, also known as a ‘secure sale solution.’ As the latter suggests, selling at auction offers an extremely low fall through rate.
Contrary to widespread belief, auction (secure sale) is not just restricted to run-down properties and do-er uppers and Pattinson highlight the property at Netherton Burnfoot as an example of a well presented turn-key cottage, meaning you could move straightaway.
Charlie told the programme-makers she was confident the property would sell for more than the starting bid.
The episode is expected to air in late spring or early summer of 2023.
