Changes planned at holiday complex after shop deemed 'not a viable commercial facility'
An application seeking change of use consent has been submitted to by Holiday Property Bond.
It wants to form a new reception and offices in place of an existing shop and use part of the existing reception to create a new studio apartment

Hide AdIan Nicholson, of JMP Architects, in documents accompanying the application, states: ‘The application includes the alteration of the existing reception to form a new studio apartment.
‘The application also includes the conversion of the existing shop to form a new reception and small shop area for users of the site.
‘The shop has been operated by three local businesses and is not a viable commercial facility in this location, and is now redundant.
‘Lucker Hall has extremely high occupancy levels throughout the year and the additional studio unit will be a welcome addition to the site.’
