Is Angie Best in the real world? Never mind the face lift, how many of us over 60s have the free time or income for regular facials and gym membership?
Eating organic remains only an aspiration for most of us, as does owning a horse.

Hide AdI accept that it is advisable to try to maintain mobility and drink plenty of water, but anything more can be difficult.
On reaching 40 I was working full-time and soon became a carer, firstly for my mother and later for my husband.
Now in my 70s I find myself living alone and not mobile due to arthritis. How I wish that I could go for a 20-minute walk.
I found this piece far from uplifting or practical.
