He said: “I have had a lot of clients that have lost a lot of weight and I have lost it with them by training with them.
“I have lost two-and-a-half-stone since January, going from 22 per cent body fat to nine per cent by training and dieting. Some clients have lost more than a stone in the first six weeks.”
Ben launched the business with his partner Laura Whitlie, but he is currently doing it on his own as she is seven-months pregnant. He will be running sessions on the beach through the summer.

Hide AdSport has been Ben’s life from an early age and he said that personal fitness seemed a natural way to go after he was forced to quit football in 2014 due to a repetitive knee injury.
He attended the Newcastle United Football Academy from 1993 to 2004. Captaining every team at the Academy up to the Reserves, he also played for Newcastle’s first team and went on to play professionally across Sweden, Finland, Belgium and Thailand.
Ben, who won eight caps for England Schoolboys, admits that giving up the game was tough, but he is pleased with how things are going with HetrainsShetrains. He said: “It is great. It is picking up each week with more and more people.”
